Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on Lucciandco.com. 

 

At Lucci & Co., quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. However, jewelry is naturally delicate and may require repairs over time. If you need a repair, please email lucciandcojewelry@gmail.com with the following details:

• Name

• Address

• Order Number

• Description of the repair issue

• Photo of the damaged piece

 

Repair Policy:

• Manufacturer Defects: Repairs due to manufacturing defects are free of charge within 120 days of purchase.

• Other Repairs: Repairs after 120 days, or those caused by misuse, will incur a repair fee at the customer's expense. Each repair request will be assessed individually.

• Final Sale Notice: We do not accept returns on worn jewelry.
